Add the lobster meat to the skillet with a 1/2 cup of water, as well as salt and pepper to taste. Spend two to three minutes tossing the lobster and sauce together constantly.

To do this recipe the right way, you have to start with the way you prepare your lobster. Fill a pot about two inches high with water, then have anywhere between one to three lobsters ready to be placed inside. Try to keep them around a pound if you can.

While the water is heating up, add a bay leaf, eight to ten black peppercorns, and a teaspoon of salt, then bring the water to a boil. Once the water is boiling, add the lobster and cook for 9 minutes, or until the shell is a vibrant red.

Get as much meat out of the claws and tail as possible, then place them on a large griddle on medium-high heat. Put a half tablespoon of butter on top of the meat for about 3 minutes.

Lastly, get a saucepan and melt a half stick of butter with a half teaspoon of sea salt. Take a pinch of paprika and pour it inside. Cook until the sauce is mixed together, then place the lobster meat inside and mix it all.

Your lobster is ready to serve! Open up those hot dog buns, place a nice piece of romaine lettuce inside, and then pour the lobster meat on top. Squeeze some lemon on top if you’d like!
