America has always been a get-up-and-go kind of country. It’s been part of why so many of us love living here. Thanks to rapid innovation, quality work-life balance has been possible for decades now.

But with the COVID-19 pandemic in full swing, virtual offices and distance learning are the norm. Unfortunately, that means standard advice on getting exercise, getting outside, and interacting with the community doesn’t apply anymore.
