NEW YORK-STYLE PIZZA

The New York style pizza is probably what most people think of when they envision the typical American pizza.

It’s not often found outside its city of origin, and few places do this style of pizza well

People say that the secret to New York-style pizza is a thin layer of dough, an assembly line of toppings with not too much sauce or cheese, cooked in a brick oven at a high temperature. With these elements, New York has created the perfect recipe for pizza.

CHICAGO PIZZA

There is no pizza quite like Chicago-style pizza. This is something that all people in Chicago know, and it’s something that many visitors to this great city must discover.

If you have tried it before, you probably know it as the tomato-less variation of regular pizza; but that’s far from true as it has many variations.
